Jiangmi Travel provides travel-related services including, but not limited to, city day tours, multi-day itineraries, private car with driver services, licensed local guide services, and travel planning and coordination.
Jiangmi Travel acts as a coordinator and arranger of travel services. Certain components of travel services are provided by independent, licensed third-party suppliers such as local travel agencies, transportation providers, accommodation operators, and licensed guides.
Jiangmi Travel does not directly operate transportation vehicles, hotels, attractions, or guiding services. While reasonable efforts are made to select reputable and qualified service providers, Jiangmi Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of such third-party suppliers.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been provided by Jiangmi Travel and any required deposit or full payment has been received.
Travel itineraries, schedules, and service arrangements may be adjusted due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Prices quoted are based on current costs and exchange rates and may change prior to confirmation. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before payment is required. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include personal expenses, optional activities, travel insurance, visa fees, or any services not explicitly listed in the confirmed itinerary.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the services booked and the policies of third-party suppliers. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. Any refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with those terms. Jiangmi Travel reserves the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs incurred on the traveler’s behalf.
Requests for changes to confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Jiangmi Travel cannot guarantee that all change requests can be accommodated.
In rare circumstances, Jiangmi Travel may need to modify or cancel services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, supplier issues, safety concerns, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, reasonable alternatives may be offered when possible. Jiangmi Travel shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of such changes.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Coverage should include, at a minimum, trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss or damage of personal belongings. Jiangmi Travel is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by appropriate insurance.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements applicable to their travel plans. Participation in travel services is at the traveler’s own risk. Travelers must assess their own physical condition and suitability for the activities included.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiangmi Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, transportation delays, mechanical failures, weather conditions, natural events, governmental actions, or the traveler’s own actions or omissions.
Jiangmi Travel’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Jiangmi Travel for the affected services.
Jiangmi Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
